I can't speak highly enough of Agnieszka, who we recently had the pleasure of working with in the recent sale of our vacant rental property. Not only were we out of the state for the entire process, we were also out of the country and unreachable for several weeks before and during the actual closing. The fact that the deal actually happened at all was due entirely to Her expertise and professionalism. A great example of this was when it was found that there was an overlooked and long past due water bill that needed to be settled or else the deal couldn't close. As we were obviously unavailable Agnieszka drove to the utility and paid my (expensive) bill out of her own pocket! This is on top of all the other stuff like making sure that all people who needed access had it, and making sure the pipes wouldn't burst as winter set in. In addition to all that, with her market knowledge and staging, she got us multiple offers including one that was 10% higher than I was expecting!

I have no doubt that Agnieszka can handle just about anything with a level of independence that is impressive. I would not hesitate to work with her again or suggest her services to a friend.
